Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original UGG Collection box and secure them within a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
